We’re back with another edition of the Public Records Briefing. Hopefully someone has already told you yesterday’s exciting news. We know that many people want to know more about potential legislative fixes to the Summers v. Fox case (i.e. HB 343), the Myers v. Meyers case, and the Caster v. Columbus case. Mark Weaver from our team spoke to the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police annual conference about these potential changes. His primary point – stay tuned to the Ohio Public Records Briefing and we’ll let you know what’s happening and what it all means. And we’ll always point you to the most crucial content, as well!
